I ordered two Alocasias along with the free mini pot offer. Unfortunately, one of the plants arrived in poor condition and has since died.
What disappointed me most was the complete lack of customer service. Over the course of four days, I contacted the company through four different platforms (email, their website, TikTok, and Discord) but received no response on any of them. During one of their TikTok lives, they mentioned that anyone who had sent a message would receive a reply the following day. It has now been almost two weeks, and I still haven't received any response.
It's frustrating because this issue could likely have been resolved with some basic communication. Sadly, due to both the condition of the plant on arrival and the lack of customer support, I won't be ordering from this company again.

Hi Jordan, Firstly, I'd like to say that I completely understand your frustration. However, I just wanted to clarify that we did respond to your email.

You originally contacted us on the 1st, and I replied on the 2nd, confirming that I had processed a full refund for the Alocasia. I appreciate you may not have noticed the refund in your account or seen my email, they can sometimes end up in your spam or junk folder.

As I explained in my previous response, Alocasias can sometimes sulk during transit. In some cases they may lose all of their leaves, but because an Alocasia grows from a corm rather than a typical root system, it will often regrow.

I'm sorry if a full refund wasn't the resolution you were hoping for. Unfortunately, we didn't have a replacement available to send at the time, so issuing a refund was the fairest option.

Thank you for your understanding, and I'm sorry again that your experience didn't meet the standard we aim to provide.

Kind regards,

Josh
