Delivery is a flat £5.95 per order. All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 24 Hour for fast, reliable delivery. In circumstances where Royal Mail cannot be used, you will be provided with the relevant tracking details for your delivery.

All live plants are carefully packed to arrive in the best possible condition. As plants are living things, minor marks, leaf blemishes, or slight cosmetic imperfections can naturally occur and are completely normal. Some plants may also require a short period to acclimatise to their new environment after delivery.

If your plant arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Eyup Plants, we take great care to ensure every plant is carefully selected, packed, and delivered in the best possible condition.

Live Plant Returns

• All plants are living items and sold as non-perishable goods. As such, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.

• Minor marks, natural blemishes, or slight cosmetic imperfections are normal, and some plants may need a short period to settle into their new environment. These are not considered faults.

Damaged or Faulty Plants

• If your order arrives damaged, or you have concerns about your plant or delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• To help us assist you quickly, email Support@eyupplants.co.uk with clear photos of the plant and packaging.

• We will review the issue and work with you to find the most suitable solution where appropriate.

Non-Perishable Items

• For non-perishable items, your statutory rights are not affected. You are still entitled to refunds or exchanges where the law allows.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept the natural characteristics of live plants and understand that some care may be needed when they arrive in a new environment.

Cold Weather Guarantee

During colder weather periods, we guarantee all live plant deliveries are carefully monitored and protected. We closely track weather conditions and take extra precautions when temperatures drop to ensure plants are packed appropriately and dispatched safely.

If we believe conditions are too cold for plants to travel safely, we may delay shipment until temperatures improve. This decision is always made with the health of your plants in mind, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Our priority is to ensure your plants arrive healthy, protected, and ready to settle into their new home, even during the coldest months.

Grade B & Rescue Plants are offered at a heavily reduced price as they may have cosmetic damage, imperfections, damaged roots & need extra care when they arrive. These plants can be ideal for chopping & propping, nurturing back to health, or simply giving yourself a fun plant challenge. Perfect for anyone happy to give them some extra attention and TLC.

Please note that all Grade B & Rescue plant sales are final, meaning they are non-refundable and non-returnable, By purchasing, you accept that plants may need additional care upon arrival and may be susceptible to perishing. Grade B plants are also not covered by our Live Plant Delivery Guarantee.
