Points are earned on eligible purchases, have no cash value, and can’t be exchanged or refunded for cash. Rewards are subject to availability and may change from time to time. Reward tiers are calculated on an annual basis, with each membership year running from February, and all customers start each new membership year in February at the Bronze tier. Points may expire if not used within the applicable timeframe, and points from returned or refunded purchases will be adjusted. Points used for rewards are non-refundable, and items purchased using points are not eligible for return or refund. By taking part in the Program, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
