T&Cs - The Rewards & Points Loyalty Program is free to join and open to customers aged 16 or over. Points are earned on eligible purchases, have no cash value, and can’t be exchanged or refunded for cash. Rewards are subject to availability and may change from time to time. Reward tiers are calculated on an annual basis, with each membership year running from February, and all customers start each new membership year in February at the Bronze tier. Points may expire if not used within the applicable timeframe, and points from returned or refunded purchases will be adjusted. Points used for rewards are non-refundable, Points cannot be used on Sale Products and items purchased using points are not eligible for return or refund.
