Pot Size - 12cm

Philodendron gloriosum is a spectacular crawling aroid, prized for its large, velvety, heart-shaped leaves and striking pale veins. Each new leaf unfurls in soft bronze-green before deepening into a rich, luxurious green, creating a real statement as the plant matures. Unlike climbing philodendrons, this species grows horizontally along the soil, making it perfect for a wide planter where its dramatic foliage has room to shine.

Care Guide:

Light: Bright, indirect light. Avoid harsh direct sunlight, which can scorch the velvety leaves.
Water: Water when the top 3-5cm of soil feels dry. Keep lightly moist during active growth, but never waterlogged.
Humidity: Prefers higher humidity of 60% or above, although it can adapt to average indoor conditions.
Temperature: 18-27°C. Keep away from cold draughts and temperatures below 15°C.
Feeding: Feed every 4 weeks during spring and summer with a diluted, balanced houseplant fertiliser.
Soil: Use a loose, well-draining aroid mix containing bark, perlite and coco coir or peat. A wide pot suits its crawling growth habit.
