The Alocasia Regal Shield is a striking tropical houseplant, prized for its enormous, deep green, shield-shaped leaves with dramatic dark veining and a velvety texture. A true statement piece that brings bold, jungle-inspired drama to any interior space.

Care Guide

Light: Bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sun which can scorch the leaves.
Water: Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Avoid waterlogging — ensure good drainage.
Humidity: Loves high humidity. Mist regularly or place near a humidifier.
Temperature: Prefers 18–27°C. Keep away from cold draughts and radiators.
Feeding: Feed with a balanced liquid fertiliser every 2–4 weeks during the growing season (spring–summer).
Repotting: Repot every 1–2 years in spring when rootbound.
